Join the Celebration: St. Joe's Women's Centre 40th Anniversary Event!
St. Joe's Women's Centre is celebrating 40 years of supporting vulnerable women and children in Ottawa on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Since 1984, we’ve provided essential services like crisis intervention, counselling, emergency groceries, and family support.
All funds raised will support our continued work to meet the growing needs of the community, helping individuals achieve their goals and fostering hope. Join us in celebrating this milestone and supporting our mission to create a stronger, more resilient Ottawa.

Touring the Taverns
#TavernTour was full of good company and great tastes. Over 75 media and influencers joined us on a Grayline Double decker bus to explore
Ottawa's Taverns. Everyone enjoyed fantastic music, breathtaking views, delicious food, and amazing cocktails that we highly recommend!
The Taverns are now closed for the season, but expect grand re-openings next Spring!
Harvest: A Feast of Fall
With a sold-out crowd and 11 all-star chefs supported by 20 generous sponsors, this celebration at the Ottawa Art Gallery was an extraordinary evening of community, cuisine, and purpose.
Harvest helped raise awareness and funds for Youturn Youth Support Services, highlighting the importance of youth empowerment and building stronger communities.
Our heartfelt thanks to all who made this night so memorable—we can’t wait to see you again next year!
Canadensis Garden Fall Celebration
We had a fantastic time at the 4th Annual Celebration which this year coincided with Canadian Forest Week and National Tree Day at the future site of the Botanical Garden of Canada.
The Party with a Purpose
The Harvest Feast at Le Vignoble de Chelsea was an unforgettable celebration of community. Thanks to generous contributions by attendees and matching funds from Quebec’s Fonds Horizon d’ici program, over $40K was raised to develop maple syrup production infrastructure at the vineyard.
Guests enjoyed a delicious menu by My Catering Group and local partners, lively music, and engaging games.
The Snowsuit Fund's 43rd Season Kick-off
We celebrated the successful kick-off of The Snowsuit Fund's 43rd season on October 24. During this special event, Mayor Mark Sutcliffe officially proclaimed Snowsuit Fund Week in Ottawa, running from October 28 to November 3.
Black Tie Bingo for Bruyère
With a sold-out event and the generous support of our presenting sponsor, Emond Harnden, this year’s Black Tie Bingo at the Infinity Convention Centre was a dazzling night of elegance, excitement, and community spirit.
Featuring seven thrilling bingo games, an engaging silent auction, and incredible contributions from our guests, We also raised approximately $117,000 to support Bruyère's essential healthcare services, enriching lives and strengthening our community.
