The Relationship

In our industry, trust is everything. As a relied-upon partner for more than a decade, we serve as an in-house agency, providing comprehensive marketing and communications services. We have guided the evolution of the Festival and now also provide marketing for related businesses and initiatives, including Mādahòkì Farm.

 

The Work

In response to Covid, we temporarily transitioned SSIF into a virtual event, packaging and promoting online content that attracted hundreds of thousands of online visitors and garnered millions of impressions across Canada. We also helped launch the online Indigenous Marketplace and a National Indigenous Music Awards program.

 

The Results

  • Visitation growth.  SSIF grew from 15,000 annual visitors to more than 50,000 (virtual and in-person)

  • National media coverage and millions of online impressions

  • Growing corporate sponsorship

  • Winner ITAC Event Marketing Campaign of the Year (2019)
